Update: Ignore most recent positive reviews. They are simply trying to build equity and ensure someone else will want their terrible apartment as selling it is very difficult. Don’t be fooled! The pool is completely gone now too! Sad situation. There is an unscrupulous board and management company backing this building (Ellyn, Anneise, and Rudd Realty team). I had a close connection apply for a coop in this building, and the process took almost 6 months…only to be rejected with no explanation. For months, Rudd Realty and the board were consistently unavailable to interview due to “travel”. Finally, in month 5, there was an interview. Ellyn (president) proceeds to say we will get back to you tomorrow morning—by next morning, there is no update. A week goes by only for her to say she wants

Terrible process from start to finish. The board was slow to respond to me after completing documents and forms that they requested in email or via the board-packager website. When I finally had my board interview after 5 months since my offer was accepted by the sellers, the board president Ellyn told me I would hear back regarding a decision the following day. As with everything else in the process, the response was delayed by over a week. When calling after 3 and 4 days, the transfer agent kept saying to wait for a decision from the board, as the board was away on vacation and could not make a decision. Why did they conduct an interview without the board present? Why was I lied to about when the decision would be returned? Finally, I hear back that the board is split on a decision and

Since these negative posts , the board has changed. The president has since passed away and was replaced. Things are being handled much much better. It is a great building and a very convenient location. Employees are very helpful and kind.

I’ve lived in this building for 33 years and I’m still pleased with this building. Staff from top to bottom 5 star, always helpful and accommodating. Safe, friendly, environment with many amenities, roof top terrace, gym, parking, bike storage and doormen that go above and beyond without exception. Great place to live and I would recommend to anyone who looking for a great place to live as well as a sound investment.

If you’re thinking about living here, don’t. Went into contract with this place and can confirm it’s a nightmare and absolute waste of time and money as the board toys with you at their own pace. A lot of truth in the other reviews here. Horrible investment when you factor in liquidity risk. I’d be embarrassed to live here with the way it’s run. Absolutely classless the way they waste prospective buyers’ time and resources and try to cover things up. Find another place.
