My experience with Ms. Carolyn Grayber was not good....it was excellent. I just did what she said she was going to do and some. It was a pleasure working with her, very patient with all my questions and doubts. Never felt rushed nor was she pushy to get me out the door. Ms. Grayber gave me costs up front and she delivered!!! She had me send her all my information on my case and wouldn’t answer any calls and only wanted to text which is so unprofessional and then turned around and told me to find a college student to help me! She was awfully rude to me and completely wasted my time. I had to continuously ask if she will help me or not and she wouldn’t directly answer that question, she just kept giving me snide remarks and told me that because we don’t live close it’s an issue. Who doesn’t do business remotely? Excuses after excuses with her and extremely rude and mean. Get a new profession you are doing a disservice to people.
