I got a notice on my door and certified mail for a immediate evection. Called to find out what is going on and was told call your office we only process and serve. Well that was not even done correct per AZ law on notices lole this and no court date or information. Even tenant names are incorrect..... UGH!

This company are horrible I paid rent on time we just want move out from sands resort apartment the rental office Rhonda Moore don't know how her job done we noticed them 30 days move out the judge the court said our court are dismissed and case closed why they keeping send us the letter no excuse with AAA landlord service I m going get lawyer to sue them

Went to get advice being my first time with an issue with a tenant and was handed a five day notice and a phone number to a lawyer. Very disappointed. I just wanted to sit down and ask questions and find out what I should do. And hire them to help me out.

AAA Landlord Services are great! My team and I have used them for services for years & years. They have always been top notch & professional. Our attorneys use them as well!

I hired this company 5/18/18 to serve an apartment complex. I had to call today 6/13/18 to find out what the status was. I was told that they still haven’t been able to serve the office. That’s right almost 4 weeks & they have yet to serve them. I’m still in contact with tenants there & they told me the office has been open every single day. The gentleman said that he would refund me then changed his mind to refund me only half because “he’s already done a lot for me”. Don’t use this company if you actually want the party served.
