I hired them not knowing of their unprofessionalism and non communication and they blow you off and make you feel like your money was not worth what other clients money was worth, I understand they get busy and have other clients but we’re already at the final stage of my husbands process and my phone call appointment has been rescheduled numerous times in two days! They set my appointment for the 10th at 3:30 did not get my call. I had to call and they rescheduled me cause she ran behind, so ok thats fine supposedly she would call me back ASAP this was at 4:30 pm hr later. Then I get a text my appointment was changed to the 11 th at 9:00 am. 9:40 am comes along on the 11th nothing. I call and they tell me she’s super busy and can’t get to me so they re schedule me for 5:30 pm and 5:40 pm

I have been trying to get a hold of Daniel Aguirre who is in charge of my husband's case and supervisor Lorena Yoloski for about a week now and no answer. It's been more than 3 weeks since I paid for a Bond Motion and sent all documents asked for, yet nothing was done and I still just get blown off with "I left a comment for them to follow up" or "maybe theres not an update on the case yet" uh yes there is IJ now Ordered REMOVAL. Asked for a refund and still nothing.

DON’T GO to them. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!
