I call every couple weeks/months to get an update on my case and the never answer and if they do they transfer me to another department where they also never answer. It is very frustrating since we already paid in full to not be able to communicate with anyone

Have had several problems in the past several years but this time they outdid themselves this time they lied to the client which is me. Went to renew permit back in June because I specifically wanted it to be sent out in July they said they would took my money did everything and have been calling for the past 2 weeks since I hadn't received anything of it being send out would only be advised that they would get back to me once they find out and will never hear back from them. Now I called and they said that they will be sending it by August 8 because thats what the attorney said to do.
