Always incredibly easy to deal with, I used her for my first purchase in 2020 and have returned in 2024 for my sale and new purchase. Ainslie is efficient, friendly and knows her stuff. Her staff, specifically Lyn and Charlotte have been great to deal with. Even when they’re swamped, they do their best to get back to any questions or concerns we have with promptness and professionalism. And Charlotte is just a ray of sunshine! Thank you!

This review is regarding one of their staff members - Laura. The office receptionist is lovely and so is the lawyer but I had the unfortunate displeasure of having to speak to Laura 2x and each time I found her dismissive and rude. She was not helpful at all, her tone was cold and made me feel uncomfortable and though I was wasting her time when asking questions. Since it appears that she is who I’m usually transferred to when I call, I will find another lawyer to support my personal business.
