I was directed to Mr Poucher from the Veterans Administration website. At our meeting I provided him with all of my VA medical records as well as private treatment records to support my claim. I thoroughly explained my circumstances and Mr Poucher agreed to take the case. He stated that he would draw up a contract and I would be hearing from him in a week or two. During those two weeks I submitted VA information he had requested as well as a Washington Post article which supported the very issue I was filing for showing systematic VA failures in this particular area.
