Whoever works on the reception is the rudest person i ever talked to. My company does business with this firm and we needed something, the reception would hung up on me before i finish the sentence. She did that 4 times. When i called back for the 5th time i mention the lawyer's name and she went silent and hung up then called me back saying that she couldn't hear me which is such a lie.
