Luciane Tavares has a lot of knowledge in the area and has always done everything with great honesty. The choice of the type of visa was very much made. However, if you want a lawyer who will do everything for you, this will not be your lawyer. The whole process needs to be monitored and also thought out by stakeholders, which makes everything more truthful and safe. Salvatore and Rodrigo have given me very helpful legal support and Jaime was a great interpreter and very kind and friendly. Pretty much the same comment as VisaLex. Process for second half after I130 approval was not as smooth and fast. Slow process and not willing to help client to prepared necessary documents to be ready for submission. For ex. Police Clearance Certificate may take a long time to request when one lived in many countries. AIA LLC did not even take time to remind their client to request this document early on. As for my case, we have to wait longer to submit documents to NVC just because my Police Clearance took a long time to be completed. Should AIA LLC advice me from the beginning, I would have had this document ready to be submitted. Don't forget that you work with this kind of cases on daily basis, so you should know what process will take time and you should advice your client acco
