***Update: I forgot to mention the difference between a title abstract and a title search. Many closing agents in Tallahassee only do the title abstract. Buyers expect the more involved title search, and AGF provides that. It is a buyer's expense and getting it right is crucial. These guys get it right. I tried buying a house twice and understood paying for escrow but the second time I paid it was 3 times more from the first time. Due to a timeshare taken advantage of me as well I couldn’t get a loan for the house and lost a total of $4,000 paying escrow to this company. Was eager to take my money and no one communicated to me why this happened. I was just told this is how it works.
