Unethical, unprofessional, harass clients, belittle anyone , try to verbally intimidate people,act if she is drunk , doenst undertand construction documents and dob regulation, will create bogus cases to charge for it and prolong them so she can continue charging the clients, unreasonable ligal fees, manipulated their clients especially if they don’t know better. She will try to keep your deposit and will give you a million excuses to not return It or try to create some bogus thing to keep the deposit or get pay for her legal fee from It when the buyer is not a default. This lawyer should be investigated and debarred. I suspect there are many other case similar to this that she has done this to poor people that don’t know much and she manipulated everything to make money out of the situati
