Zero stars if I could. This firm represents debt buyers like Midland Credit Management and engages in reckless litigation. 1. Pursued litigation in a state separate from my residence (Improper Venue). 2. They filed the lawsuit after I had already formally disputed the debt and requested validation, after months of silence and with no documentation provided to me, which is a direct violation of the FDCPA. 3. Their communication is unprofessional, sending emails with sensitive financial info to unverified addresses with subject lines like 'unfinished business.’ They rely on people being too afraid to fight back. I filed a Motion to Dismiss immediately. Do not let them intimidate you. If you receive a lawsuit from them, do not ignore it—check your rights, because they likely cut corners. Ze

The gentlemen "Nestor" who answer the phone is very professional and explains the process in detail. This is the hardest time of the year to have spare money however my goal is to pay my debt off sooner then the 12 month payment plan. I strongly suggest investing in a instant payment process as it would make paying off the debt easier for the people you work with as most of us are not the best at managing money.

I am not sure how companies choose debt collectors but that Chase chose this company kind of makes sense. They are of the same corrupt, shady cloth. They have cashed every single one of my checks but have not updated my account. Every check has the account number and I've emailed them the cancelled checks and they are asking for me to send my SSN by email among other things to prove who I am. My name is on the account. My name is on every check. They are absolutely hoping for the worst and don't understand good faith. They actually tried to subpoena me! For what? So they just cash checks and put it into an office fund or something? Disgusted. This is trying enough as it is and I am embarrassed to even put this post up but these charlatans need to be called out.

I wish I could give negative stars. We lost everything year ago and I called to explain but lady on phone didn’t care and still pushing payment I cannot afford. I had to end the call because of tears. They are not humans there. I will try again and update. Do not believe what they say. They do not take anything to their client. That’s a plain lie.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Most corrupt lying law firm you will ever deal with. Complaints with state attorney general on them. I’ve been making the court ordered payments to them on time and because I make more than one payment a month like I was told by David from their firm I could do they filed a false fraudulent final judgment against me. If anyone wants to discuss issues they have with them reach me on social media. I would love to hear from anyone and their experiences with this horrible corrupt law firm. Oh did I mention I spoke to a rep from their firm a few days ago who said my court order was never signed by me until sept 24th.
