I would not have guessed that I'd be taking time out of my day to write a 5-star review for a company collecting my taxes, but I want to commend the Andrews & Price team for their outstanding customer service. They turned a challenging financial situation into a smooth experience with their patience, support, expertise, and communication. After having a very negative experience with another tax company in the area, it was truly refreshing to be treated with respect and empathy by the Andrews & Price team. To any business considering working with Andrews & Price, I will say as a consumer that these are the people you want to represent you.

Wow....what a bad experience. I paid my Northgate School District tax by mail to Jordan Tax Service and it never posted. The other checks I mailed on the same day to other vendors all posted. So, then they send it to this firm for collection and they added on $158 to send me a late notice. I paid online this time and they charged me $26 to pay online but why would I pay by check when my last check was lost. Then I had to argue with the lady because she was saying I still owed money after paying all that. Horrible experience.

We inherited a house and with that came a lot of new experiences, such as real estate taxes. I got a letter from them and called immediately. Someone answered and explained everything to us. I've actually called a couple times and all I can say is they are the best and super kind! They are working with us and it's been wonderful! Give them a call. They will work with you!!

The individuals working here are absolutely amazing! I know it’s a strange thing to say due to the nature of their profession, but they are an exceptional group. I have had to contact them about property liens and delinquencies a few times and they have always treated me with kindness and respect. I am an anxious person and they have immediately put me at ease each time. They did everything they could to assist me with my problems and find a solution that doesn’t break the bank. I truly appreciate them.

This place sent me a letter stating that I owed Northgate Real Estate taxes and I had 30 days to pay the full amount. I got a letter 30 days later saying there was a mix up and that they were already paid. When I called to make sure my taxes were paid they claimed that I still owed them. I called back with the letter discussing the "mix-up" they dropped the amount to 0. Either terrible record keeping or a fraud. Either way I do not approve of the school district giving a place like this my tax information.
