Please be careful! I noticed many of the reviews are from people who recently signed up. So yes, it’s great in the beginning. THREE years later my tax issues remain unresolved. I have had wage garnishment and account lien SINCE I HAVE BEEN ENROLLED. What is most FRUSTRATING is that I have paid them in full and nothing has been resolved. Missed deadlines and no possibility of a refund from Anthem for their failure to deliver. I’ve gotten more answers calling IRS and STATE, but isn’t that what I pay them for? Oh and let’s not forget, about a year ago I was sent a huge envelope with papers to sign, BUT - they weren’t my papers. I was sent documents (including SS#, bank info, and address) from another one of their customers. They talk a good game and here I am 3 years later waiting fo

I went through the entire experience with anthem. It may seem scary and stressful, but once I was assigned an tax attorney, Anna Phan, it was smooth and she handled everything professionally and with a terrific outcome.
