l worked with many lawyers before, but this one was the worst attorney l've ever met. DO NOT hire him. He has no business morality. He gets your money, and never does what he gotta do. We hired him to extend our O­1 visa, then he didn't take care of our case well cuz he is an unprofessional. Very difficult to reach him by phone, emails... Even if you call him hundred times, he never picks up his phone and turns back to you, doesn't reply your emails too. In fact, even if you set a day to meet with him for your issues, he will not be punctual! He many times lied us while he was preparing our case, and we never got right information from him. He will not be willing to prepare your paperwork properly. Our case was declined cuz he has had so bad paperwork on our folder then it denied. Actuall

Worst attorney I have ever met. Turned out his license had been delinquent in both states he is licensed in. Not sure if he fixed it by now. Initially I was excited about a good price but soon I realized you get what you pay for. I lost so much money by having to hire another attorney to fix Mr. Beskardes mistakes and even more health and sleep while the disaster he caused blew up in my face. Completely incompetent, on all fronts. All the documents he drafted were riddled with spelling mistakes and sloppy typos.

A seriously negligent and incompetent lawyer. He would leave my e-mails and calls unanswered for weeks, then send me documents full of typos and factual mistakes. He told me that he had worked with very high-profile clients in the entertainment industry (Cirque du Soleil, etc.) but, knowing how sloppy and ineffective his work is, I don't believe that's possible. I regret ever giving him a penny or a minute of my time.

We needed his help with investors visa. Paid all his fees and other dues and he disappeared. Not even reachable via phone or email. DO NOT trust him. He is a flake and will con you too, he is a con artist.

I strongly discourage using this lawyer for anything. My experience with him was horrendous! His lack of responsibility literally cost me three years of my life. He is the worst possible person to work with for anything relating to immigration. Please seek a different lawyer. DON`T USE HIM FOR ANYTHING!!
