They do not care about right or wrong, only money. Very sad they will condemn 70-80 homeowners on the say-so of the board of directors without any proof of the accusations. then try to charge the seniors for the attorneys letter. Awful. How do they sleep at night ?

Horrible people. Our HOA was exhorbitantly tripled since I built 14 years ago. I told this firm I'm the victim of domestic violence and late on payments to afford my own attorney. They did nothing to help and did the same old lawyer threats of liens, foreclosure, ridiculous lawyer fees. I'm sure my HOA loves them. When I did send a payment, it was returned because I sent it the same way I usually would. I get it. Nobody cares. Even now, I've scrounged to make a payment sent off into cyberspace with no idea of current standing until I get another legal threat letter.

This attorney only works for the three or four people running the HOA. As a homeowner in a community that they run, where I have lived for 18 years, it has not been a pleasant experience since they took over approximately six years ago. They send out letters that are not dated when a supposed violation has occurred, lately there has been no photos of the violation so they have no proof of what they're saying. They are now threatening people in the community with lawyer fees, etc. As a homeowner, we apparently have no rights and the attorney won't even speak to us when he attends meetings. It's the homeowners that are paying the bill for the attorney and the management company. We, as homeowners, are expected to take care of things ASAP that they deem a problem, but they can take months if

This attorneys office is by far the biggest thugs I have ever experienced. They add fees after fees to keep you in debt. When brought to their attention the say of course people are going to give bad reviews because they owe. My responds is the reviews never say they don't owe they say . The communication is lax in an effort to drag things out so they get more billable hours and that is a FACT. I owe $2200 had to pay $4200... if that's not crazy I don't know what is!! The only positive reviews are from management companies that play apart in putting homeowners in debit, without a simple conversation. I will be running for a position on my board, I never want to see this attorneys office approach any of my neighbors they are bottom feeders!
