Horrible service. Unhelpful, Rude, & Not professional at all especially when someone is paying for service. Sad. I’d advise everyone not waste time!!

I called and asked if they provided free warrant checks and all they said was "go call the jail" and hung up.

Very unprofessional. Hung up in my face and I called back numerous of times to where he blocked me or took the phone off the hook. And a different lady did not care and showed she did not care for anything I was saying. Ignored my phone call and I called 20 minutes before closing and she ignored my phone call all the way until 5pm.My father called to speak with them and they both were rude! Very impatient and rude and heartless. I recommend NOBODY go to them. They just care about getting your money and will easily but you back in jail and won’t work with you.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Rudest people I have ever met! Didn't even care hung up so quick like didn't even want to hear anything I had to say! Ridiculous! To the staff be careful who u talk to on the other line!
