Used this attorney for a real estate transaction as the seller. Buyer requested a title search to insure back taxes weren't owed on the property. Found out a month after the closing that back taxes were owed. This apparently wasn't uncovered by the law firm due to their failure to check into the records at the county office. These records can easily be accessed online. A month after the closing, I was contacted by their office requiring me to pay the back taxes. He left a voicemail telling me that I must go to the county tax office and pay the taxes "immediately." Very unprofessional to expect me to drop everything to correct a mistake made during the closing by this attorney just so he can "get the buyer off his back." Would never recommend due to his inclination to address clients l
