Terrible customer service - called to get some info, and the receptionist hung up on me instead of addressing my concerns/answering my question.

Worst experience of my life! Wasted 15k on this law firm and their shady practices. Non refundable retainer, ended up firing them within weeks and got no money back. Horrible lawyers.

Very posh high end office. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very supportive coworkers, highly professional and progressive.
