Writing this for a friend in California. She found this firm to be uncommunicable, unaccountable and very evasive. She has been waiting 5 years to settle a case in which they have done nothing. They gave her a small med pay from her first accident to shut her up. They told her that the next lawyer, Wayne, would settle it for her. Wayne left the practice after a year and did nothing. He would promise to call her back and she called them one day and found this out after he'd gone a month. Now she has a new lawyer who is supposed to put all the pieces together to settle the case where she wasn't at fault and to get just compensation from her own insurance company in which she has a very high coverage policy. She hasn't seen a dime. Unfortunately, she is with them for another case

This terrible office is unprofessional and has no sense how to treat paying customers. After NOT telling us the paralegal in charge of our case left (2 months before) when I finally got an answer from someone they said that the lawyer is actually no longer taking cases like ours and acted as if they had sent a mail notice to our home. Never received. On top of all that they sent our PRIVATE information to another lawyers office without our consent and again without our acknowledgment that this was even happening. After 6 MONTHS I was able to talk to the office manager about getting some of our money back but not without her being aggressive and contradicting. She would be upset when we would call her. Why on earth would she be upset?!? They robbed us, didn’t tell us, divulged or personal

Amazing attorney with many years of experience, very helpful and knowledgeable and aligned with everything I needed done for my case. The bad reviews must be people upset they did not win their case or some other issue but Arthur is great and someone who you want on your side as he has been in every court house for many many years.

I started a case 2 years ago and last time I heard from them they were ready to go to trial if necessary. It was the last time I had any communication from the office. They wouldn’t take phone calls or see me. Now the statute of limitations has ended and still no communication. I had a good case with this firm. Don’t make the same mistake that I did and stay away from this law firm!!!! Heed the warning!!!

Honestly, we are considering suing Arthur for gross negligence. They dragged their feet on our injury claim, always saying they have what they need and they were going to do something right around the corner. If you go with them, you need to follow up every other day, get tangible timelines, and hold them to it. The squeaky wheel is the only wheel that might get any attention with this firm. Avoid if you have another alternative.
