I was contacted by ATG Credit LLC regarding a bill I was not aware had been sent to collections. The bill was related to an ER visit that was recently fully covered through financial assistance. I understand that collections agencies may not always have the most up-to-date information, and I was simply trying to clarify the situation. After the representative looked me up using my phone number, she stated the amount and asked how I would like to take care of it. When I explained that the bill had recently been covered and asked clarifying questions, I was immediately met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. When I said the bill had been covered, the representative responded very abruptly with, “No, it’s not. It’s obviously in collections. How do you want to proceed?” I was gen

If I can leave a 0 star i would. VPEREZ was SO Disrespectful and Rude it was unbelievalble! I was being respectful and letting her about the situation and she hung up on me and blocked me from the chat! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! They used to have good reviews but recenty i can tell this business is going downhill. GREAT! You will hear from me again because I will continue to escalade this matter further! Good luck VPEREZ. A Lady called me about a bill, when i told her i had no knowledge of it she said its a refusal to pay. Called back and another stupid rep. said i don't know who you are and i don't like your tone and hang up on me. great way to conduct business and follow fdcpa.
