Excellent service all around. Free snacks available, and prompt service. The staff and attorney were extremely polite, and were willing to answer any and all questions. They were willing to also come in on a day off to assist us. If there was a 10 star rating out of 5, they'd get it and deservedly so.

I used this office for the sale of my home and since the beginning my realtor pointed out the lack of communication from them. When I went to sign the paperwork for the sale, my name was incorrect. Unfortunately that was not it. The pay out amount was incorrect multiple times and I had to go back because I had to correct a cashiers check because of their error. They provided me the wrong title company and I also needed to obtain another cashiers check. I worked with Sylvia which was very unprofessional via email and once I dropped off the final check I emailed her to let me know when it would be sent out and I never received a reply. Do not recommend.

They were easy for closing, unfortunately they are hard to get a hold of when it comes to owning up to their mistake. Not sure if the lawyer is to blame because the title company fail to find a lien on a property that was bought an year ago. We went back with him to get a land trust then find out out about the lien. It’s been 6+ months waiting for the lawyer and title company to figure it out! I keep contacting them via calls and emails and all they do is the runaround. Will not be going back to him or Chicago Title company.

I Love his attention to detail. He handled a complicated real estate transaction for me. Mr. Martinez also dealt with an issue with the electrical clause in Berwyn city inspection rules that allowed me to get "grandfathered in." His staff was friendly and efficient. He also explained the property tax exemptions and regulations. I highly recommend him. The closing was flawless and fast. I have purchased five other homes, and he was the best attorney with whom I had the pleasure to work.

Horrible experience, first off you never interact with the actual attorney u til the closing date. I have legal issues after my closing and in part it’s their offices fault and they’ve ignored me completely. I and my associate did another closing with him and after closing they’ve contacted us twice to pay more because they got the wrong payoff amounts and forgot to add the buyers earnest money. Be aware!
