Attorney General lawyers

I am a single mom on welfare. I put in my application over 4 months ago and haven’t even gotten a “meeting” or court date; nothing has been done with my case whatsoever. I’ve gone into the office and spoken with people in the phone multiple times, every single time without fail, every person is rude. I went in today to get information on an AOP form and they had no idea what they were talking about. I was given the upmost attitude from both ladies there. I asked when I would receive a response and I was told they could not give me a timeline. So I asked if it could take up to a year and was told again, that they couldn’t give me a timeline. On top of this, I was told that my case likely won’t have any sort of resolution until my son turns 1 years old!

I waited over 20 minutes for my call to be answered... which is expected with this place. But. My information was not emailed to me as promised. Thank you for nothing CSD. STILL outdated. Still hated. I hope no one ever has the problems with this system as I have.

They have updated their website at first I didn't like it I think bc it was new but, once I got to navigating through it i realized it's so much better and more informative on your case with them

These attorneys are the most biased bigoted attorneys in Texas. I am a male custodial parent and these attorneys have made my life and my children's lives a living hell. Heaven help you if you are a man and have custody of your children. No wonder the AG is being impeached with Branch offices like this one.

These people waited for me to get in a facility, receive 10 years from a judge and then started my child support knowing I would not be able to pay it. They set me up for failure and did so knowing Texas doesn't pay their inmates. How rude
