My experience with the Nassau County Office of Attorney General was bad. I filed a complaint regarding my corrupt landlord. Also, some of my former neighbors filed a complaint with the Nassau County Office of Attorney General about the same issue. The employee who was assisting me at that time did not help me. I contacted her supervisor Valerie Singleton to report lack of assistance. Ms. Singleton ignored my complaint about the employee and did nothing to help. I do not trust the employees at the Nassau County Office of Attorney General. Back then people were willing to help you and try their best to get your problem get resolved. That's not the case today. Depending on the circumstances, you may not get the help you need from these people.
The person who answered the phone refused to give her name and I feel that was unprofessional and not serving the public as it should be
