I’m updating my post from my previous one. I want everyone to understand life isn’t easy no matter what situation you are put into. I want to apologize to Mark, for the negative review. I only done this because I did not know his full situation of what was going on with him. As of right now we are working together to take care of my Guardianship situation for my adult autistic sons. I want to give Mark the opportunity to follow through with this case. It’s not an easy one. But I have a printed out file for both sons. And will make them available to him again. And I do trust him to help my sons come home. I promised my sons 4 yrs ago the Christmas tree would stay up until they come home, and it is still standing. This attorney put little effort into my case. He often forgot details I had already shared, failed to research important information, and did not advocate effectively on my behalf. I would not recommend his services.

Leaving a 1 star review for many reasons. A week before Hurricane Helene me and my fiance took out a 3k loan to pay to fight a much needed custody battle after finding out one of his “daughters” he helped raise for 8 years wasn’t his by a DNA test to give up rights to her, and to file for 50/50 to full custody on his oldest daughter. We paid Mark Upright $1k for him to write up the papers, he wrote up the papers carelessly with grammer issues for one, but failed to sign them up correctly as we stated. It’s been now almost 6 months and we have yet to hear from him after spending $1k, for him not to even file the papers he wrote up, and struggling on top of it after the hurricane. We’ve sent multiple emails, calls, with no reply. It’s not okay to take $1k for someone for one, and not okay fo

I want to give a big " stand up hand clap" to not just an amazing Attorney but to an amazing person! Mark Upright shows the true meaning of what humanity is supposed to be. Such a caring individual when it comes to children being happy and cared for. He shown such empathy that no one has ever shown. He cares about you , not the money. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of not just a great Attorney, but a great caring person. Thanks Mr. Upright for being a friend!!!!
