Laura Winget-Hernandez helped my family and I through a very difficult time in our lives. She truly cares about what is best for my children and my family overall. I would hire her again without hesitation.

If you want to win do not ask for her representation. She managed to lose custody of two children even after mother passed and dad was the only living parent and he has nothing on his record and clean background and an amazing father. She granted grandma visitation way more then we ever talked about and agreed to all grandmas terms even though she was representing my husband.never ever recommend

Like all lawyers they are LIARS!!!! She made some many promises and didn't follow thru on any. Veterans mean nothing to any one anymore. She told my husband to do things in Honor (which he does with out being told) yet when we asked her to do things in honor nothing but silence even knowing that our littles are being abused by the baby momma. A non liar and kidnaper. Laura is a waste of time and money 💰 worthless lawyer.

Would not recommend to anyone who is in the best interest of the child's safety, Laura works with the biological parents more so than the caregiver of the child, even if the biological parents are on drugs and are not meeting cps requirements , she lacks the capability to see past the manipulation of the parents, will drop case and does not advise that she's done so,did not respond, not even to the caseworker. Seems as if she is unaware and not experienced of the proper documentation and process needed to keep the child safe.
