Waited for Mr.Gonzalez for almost 2 hours. Had an appointment for 3 pm didn't get to see him until 5pm. I was already upset over the wait but should've known better someone that makes you wait 2 hours has not respect for your time. As soon as I came in to start explaining the situation they gentlemen immediately stop me and said don't wast your time on making an appeal. Proceed to ask what other options are available and very rudely he said "can you even claim someone are you a citizen or make enough money little girl" that was the end for me. Never again will I come to his office or recommend him.
