Some great ppl they have working for them

HORRIBLE experience with these people! I have been trying to talk to the EBT coordinator for WEEKS! She will barely ever answer the phone or return calls. I must have placed over 100 phone calls to her number; during business hours, in the last 4 weeks and she has answered TWO. And the last time pretty much yelled at me claiming that she is too busy to talk to me, and transferring me over to someone else who of course was out of the office. She isn't the only one that won't answer her phone, I have tried to get a hold of a "claims investigator" who is supposedly also working the case, left voice messages, called a million times at different times of day, I have tried everything... Just run away from this people if you can.

Had bad experience with them not professional not behave well with clients if outcome is not positive stay away better try someone else I really mean it. I usually don't give bad review but I need to warn others

HORRORS. SHOULD NOT BE DOING LEGAL WORK. YOU LOST IN COURT. PAY UP. YOU HAVE 21 DAYS AND DIDN'T PAY. THE JUDGE ORDERED YOU TO PAY AT 21 DAYS TIME FRAME MS BAKER. TIME TO PAY. CONTINUE TO ACT LIKE THIS AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

Completely unprofessional and unresponsive firm.
