I would strongly recommend avoiding this firm. Despite their poor reviews, I decided to give them a chance based on a recommendation from a business associate who spoke highly of Kevin. Unfortunately, that proved to be a mistake. Kevin completed about 90% of the work, and we paid him at that point — but since then, we’ve been unable to reach him, despite repeated emails and phone calls. To make matters worse, he mailed us a thumb drive containing all of our personal information in a regular envelope, without any security measures. When it arrived, the thumb drive was missing. This was extremely careless and unprofessional. If you’re considering working with this firm, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

Kevin Barry is very thorough and easy to work with. We needed a power of attorney done, which is never an easy thing to do, but it needed to be done just in case and the whole process was smooth. I would definitely work with Kevin again. I also like that he is not difficult to reach when you have questions.

I gave Kevin a retainer fee for a probate case. He never showed up for a court date in February 2020. I tried contacting him numerous times and he never responded to any of my calls Or emails. Finally in September of 2020, I sent him an email that he is no longer representing me did I get a response. Kevin made a bad situation so much more worse. I would highly discourage anyone from using him.

Kevin has been my family attorney for many years. Excellent service. Never a problem. Highly recommended!
