My father and mother set up a trust with this Law office.. My father passed away on the 19th we contacted the law firm for advice regarding the trust. . They informed us they would return a call to us the 23rd. On the 24th in an effort to help our mother my other brother reached out for a second time asking for a return phone call. We are now starting the 25th with no return calls. Professionalism? they cannot even return phone calls. Their service and non responsiveness has been a HUGE disappointment so far! Now the morning of the 25th we called again and we were able to speak with someone. After a little attitude they owned up to the mistake of not returning the called and apologized. Since this incident and they did apologize working with them has been excellent!

My father hired him to draw up a last will. When my father passed I had trouble with people not following his last will. When I called Barton for help I was told, and I quote word for word "We are to busy to help you." Please don't put your faith and the future of your family in this man's hands.
