Our HOA hired this law firm, Marisol was our attorney. Shortly before the trial after taking hundreds of thousands of dollars she went to court and withdrew from the case.

As Board President of a Condominium Association in South Florida, I hold Attorney Russell Robbins in the highest esteem. He is a compassionate and highly capable Attorney. Our Association came to Russell with an array of complex issues, which were successfully settled. All debt problems were made clear due to his expertise and efficient collection department. The fees have been more than reasonable. I will end by stating that our Board is most pleased to have found such fine representation.

Russell Robbins is actually a laughable attorney who represents racist and incompetent old ladies. Ribbons works with these senseless “HOA Presidents” to sabotage 20 year old residents, support meaningless allegations (with no proof whatsoever) and does not listen to the victims of the incompetent and CEARLY delusional old “HOA President”. Russell Robbins is the reason we will never have an unbiased courts or equality in this society because old, racist, delusional, and incompetent people will have the support of Russel Robbins.

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They purposely make wait for months and then take you to court to be able to charge an astronomical amount of attorneys fees for NOTHING! Looking for ways now to report this abuse to the Florida Bar, Consumer Report or any institution who can investigate this office. Also, very dark business with the Property management! HOA’s be aware!

I was scammed with a check written by this address. I deposited the check, followed all the instructions to the dot and then went back to my bank account just to realize that the check was a fictitious check when I already sent $1300 to the people. I survive from paycheck to paycheck, my account is always negative because I have so much debts around me and now this. I commit those people to the anger of God. Now I have to do extra work to pay the bank while wicked and heartless people somewhere are enjoying for being lazy and brainless! God will deal with you in his own way.
