I hired Steve several months ago ( Batista / Felce ), for a small insurance claim. He was pleasant when hiring. If you hire him, do not expect to hear from him after hiring. All correspondence is done though his assistant Karen, who is nice. Also, expect to be proactive in following up on your case with emails or calls, as each will take several before being responded to, so be prepared to be patient and possibly frustrated.
