Mr. Baumgarten went out of his way to understand the facts and what my dad wants. My 92 year old dad is not a businessman nor familiar with the legal profession so there has been a protracted learning curve. Mr. Baumgarten was both personable and patient with my dad. It was evident that he is both knowledgeable about the law and clear in explaining a reasonable approach to accomplish my dad’s stated goals. I feel that my dad is in good hands.
