I received legal advice, legal guidance, legal letters, to help me through an unfortunate situation with my current landlord/agent, who tried to evict me, violate my (tenants) privacy. It was such an unnecessary situation. I'm glade it's almost over. I never thought I would be in this situation. Without this organization, I wouldn't nor would have the confidence to file a small claims lawsuit against my father's former landlord for illegally withholding his security deposit after moving out. Call them at the time they open their phone lines because they fill up really fast!

Parking is not great for disabled... You can park in garage but it's a long way to get inside. BUT BAY AREA LEGAL AIDE is AWESOME STAFF! Best help ever! Super skilled and knowledgeable. An absolute invaluable service to the community. Thanks!

I left my contact information as it instruct people to do and someone will contact you back in 2 hours but it never the less happened for that matter it's been day's. I had others to call as well but no one ever answers or return calls back, sadly we had a urgent matter and needed legal advice and or assistance especially during this pandemic with the covid 19. Timely manner is necessary when limiting to places to go with very little to no resources and have to wait day's is just not relevant.

Rude disrespectful, personal, lied to me via phone. Told me there are no services for my tenant rights issue, regarding, landlord denying ,my request for accommodation to use my medical equipment, under ground electrical does not provide adequate service he refuses to fix and keep it up to code by law.tShe told me there's only resources for eviction services. Not worth 1 star.
