Just received a call this morning from one of the lawyers. He was returning my call inquiring about help for a speeding ticket. Ultimately he was saying they don't offer that service. But you know the saying, "It's not what you say, it's how you say it"? He was so unnecessarily rude. He didn't say hello when I answered. He didn't say his name. He didn't ask for me by name. He just said, "Did you call about a traffic ticket?" I said yes. He continued, "we don't do that." So I said okay. Then he repeats himself, "Yeah we don't do traffic tickets." As if I asked him. I just said okay and hung up. He called me like I was bothering him. Though, he was calling ME back! Please get some phone etiquette, because that's so unprofessional and absolutely unnecessary.
