Do not waste your time and effort. He never responded to any e mails. If the first time you contact someone with a valid case and this person sits there and ignores you knowing you will lose time and effort then this is not the best counsel you can get.

Look up "Stardust Racers" yeah the family will get a settlement, but it is clear he only cares about money. Not actual justice or his clients. First thing you see on the website "look how much money I made them" id be interested to see how much of that went to the office and how much went to those that suffered.

I also received a super weird and rude response from a paralegal named Oscar at this law firm that made no sense. When asked how to file a complaint on the rude paralegal's, he hung up the phone. Don't waste your time.

This lawyer and all he talks about is all talk not actually there to help you if you've been assaulted. This lawyer group doesn't care about you that's obvious they only care about what they care about not that you've been assaulted by security guards and facing major surgery because of that assault that occurred in a hospital by security guards. This law firm obviously supports that type of behavior by security guards assaulting people that's a lawyer group tends to like that kind of stuff to happen to people that's obvious. My advice go find a lawyer that actually cares.
