Cons: - You have to follow up several times via phone call to get some tasks completed - Hard to get replies via email - I would send documents like financials, litigation docs, etc but they weren't reviewed - Felt like if the documents were better reviewed, I could've been more aware and had better negotiations - Had to do a lot of the coordination with title, mortgage, and agent stakeholders myself - Oftentimes rushed during conversations Pros: - Offers opinionated advice - Able to answer a variety of questions on real estate - Reachable by phone most of the time - Title company he partners with is good - Eventually got the work done
