The customer service I experienced was extremely disappointing, and even the attorney exhibited a lack of respect. The entire process, from inception to conclusion, was quite distressing. The lawyer was notably rude, repeatedly referring to my husband as Jamaican despite his origin from the Bahamas. There appears to be a lack of sensitivity towards Black individuals. Conversely, the immigration officer was exceptionally courteous and provided valuable information, approving our case immediately. The attorney, however, insisted that we would need to file an appeal. Consequently, I would not recommend engaging her services.

This woman because you can not call her a lady is a complete mean person. She thinks she is above everyone. When you call to make a consultation you ask what time will she be calling. She wants to call at anytime she wants from 8am-5pm. People work we need a specific time. Then when you miss the call she gets upset like if Im supposed to have my phone on me at work all the time. When you try to speak up she acts all high and mighty basically saying she "has other clients and good reviews". What is that supposed to mean? You can be as disrespectful as you want just because you did "good" with your first clients and now you can treat the new ones how you want. This woman needs to be reported.
