This has been one of the easiest experiences I've had with a debt collector. They answered the phone right away and quickly got me set up with a payment plan of my choice. Very pleasant and I appreciate the drop box option.

This place is a complete joke. They have been taking from my check for over a year, now im not just saying this, they never served a single paper to me. They served them to someone else after I had moved out, & their 'server' was dressed as an Amazon guy from what I was told. Its taken me a YEAR to figure this all out. I am a single mother of 2 kids who works PART time at fedex & receive no child support. For over a year these people have taken 25% of my already small checks. Can you imagine living for a year with 2 kids (3&4 yrs old) & a check that is $200? Maybe? Now mind you, this was for BIRTHING my daughter. I gave 2 different insurances to the hospital. Garnish Your Check Without Telling You. These People In The Office Are Rude & Disrespectful ! They Wouldn’t Work Out Nothing For You!! Get You a LAWYER! Going with a 4 star, Not going to lie, I was scared after seeing all the reviews. A little back story. I was being sued for unpaid hospital bills, did the first court date, asked for a little more info on my billing and they sent me the info just like they said they would. Second court date came around and I asked for a little more time as I was checking with my insurance to make sure they had paid everything on their end. Third court date and I missed it! I had a different date in my mind and realized that afternoon I had missed my court that morning and knew a default judgement would then be placed on me and I was terrified as I did not want my wages garnished. I was trying to get clearafacation that this was a legit Lawfirm since the way you all answer the phone is Lawfirm no name. I told the VERY unprofessional Lady that answered that I have no problem paying the settlement offer I just needed to no if this was legit. She Stated well you can just go to the Court date and find out yourself. The whole purpose of a settlement was to avoid going to Court. Very Rude and disrespectful. This is the absolute worst Debt Settlement Company I have ever seen. I've been in collections as a agent for 13 years and have never ran across a Lawfirm this unprofessional. I never even got 1 letter stating that I needed to pay or I will be suede. Not 1, even the prosser just left this at my door with all my information for anyone to see.
