This bank is a complete joke, the personal does not pick up customer calls nor answer to their email inquiries. Very unprofessional.

u have a problem with costume service they yelled at people when they talk. The last time a woman in costume services yelled at me: she said; Serigne bi défal Lou gaw dafa am gnu bari nekk si line bi does make me made and hang up the phone 📱. .. I thank before you worry about another customer you have to help the first person who is in the line.

Honestly and literally speaking, Bhs employees don’t understand the value of customer service in America. I was just inquiring about US dollar rate in CFA, but first of all my call has never been answered. Secondly I went there for a transaction, then the service was horrendous and horrible. Thirdly I think when you have an opportunity to live into a well developed country like America then you should pick up and learn the good habits in business and drop the bad ones from your native country.

I went over there on November 30 and they took care of me. I was in and out fast thank you for your hard work. 🙏

Poor customer service, felt rushed to hang up every time you call to inquiry about a service or product...if you lucky to get your call answered...
