Kathy, the receptionist, was very patient and helpful. Every time I called she made sure to answer my questions and kept me updated when it came to my case. I am grateful that they were here to help me out.

After reading some of the reviews I’m actually quite fine with the fact that I couldn’t retain Biggs Law as an attorney, so let’s start with the receptionist Kathy, I first reached out February 1st, I explained the urgency in my situation and left all possible contact information and I was told Mr. Biggs would reach out to me as soon as possible, days go by and I call again because no one has reached out and once again he was not available nor did he return any calls, during the month of February alone I inquired a total of 3 times and from there I left it alone until a few days ago I decided to try again as my court date was quickly approaching, I was informed that he was pretty busy and out of town but was referred to another lawyer named Tricia Perry who doesn’t answer the phone … at al

Travis Biggs is an outstanding, trustworthy attorney with real empathy for his clients. He did everything within his power to legally protect my rights and help get the best outcome possible for me in my situation. Extremely happy with his services and would recommend him to anyone that asks. Not sure why the other review was so negative, but sometimes the outcome of a situation has many factors determining it. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Biggs for any of my legal needs.

Biggs Law firm is a joke. Before you pay them they are always there to answer calls and follow up with you. Once you pay, they disappear. No one ever calls you back or does anything. It's been about 2 years with them and they literally have done nothing!!!!!! Unless you want to just donate money to them, i suggest you find someone else. Literally anyone else!!!!!
