Bill Wollard, Attorney, C.P.A., LL.M. (Tax)

I requested Mr. Wollard prepare a simple will on my and my wife's behalf. In fact this was an update to an existing will prepared several years ago. We agreed a fee for this simple will update. I sent what I wished to be updated and never received a reply. Quite some time later I emailed and asked for an update. The reply came within which stated "What you are proposing are not simple wills, and not worth the time that I would have to invest" Unbelievable! If what I was asking was not a simple will then that's fine and acceptable. But the answer should have been saying that and if I wished to continue it would cost X amount. But initially not to receive a reply and then to say that, is just incomprehensible if your looking for business as I guess he was as I received a flier in the post.
