I would not use this man. He will charge you thousands and thousands of dollars, and then just go along with what ever opposing counsel asks. Not a single bit of back bone, and you can tell just by first glance at him. I should have listened to my gut. First impression was that this guy couldn’t win in an argument with a toddler. But when he told me his retainer was 1500 and I was only looking at another 1500 after that, I said sure. If he can’t win an argument, I know that I can. (I spent the last 2 years not using an attorney and never not gotten what I wanted from court, it only started getting bad when lawyers started representing me) So like I said he bent the knee to the opposing counsel. I had a very pleasant experience with Tim and his staff when going through a divorce. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had my best interest in mind at all times when advising me through the divorce process. Truthfulness, honesty and integrity are the characterists I look for in a lawyer. Mr. Bitler represented our family in the custody case of our grandson. Through his prepardness and experience he was able to negotiate both sides in such a professional and forthright manner that resulted in this case not having to go to trial. Absolutely terrible experience. Sterotypical crook lawyer. Talked a great game so I decided to use him for a simble property buyout. The people in the office see very nice, but there is little to no communication. Youll be charged half an hour for a short email. And after a few days if you're lucky enough to get a phone call response. It seems like it's an inconvenience for him to answer any of your questions. After several months, and a few thousand dollars, I finally contacted the other party and did my own negotiating. We had an agreement that day. It was half of what Tim suggested I would have to pay to buyout the other party and I was able to keep my house in the end. If you're seeking a lawyer in the first place you're in need of help to make sure you dont get screwed over. Dont get
