They are short staffed and blatantly rude and unprofessional. I am being refused advice in my case. States that I've been given detailed advice but really he did nothing to help me. He barked at me and would not allow me to ask him questions and told me that HE ASKS THE QUESTIONS AND I LISTEN. How is That keeping me if my questions aren't being answered. That's the whole reason j contacted them.. waste is time.

I have tried my best to get them to help me I know fault eviction notice I told them what had happened representative why would they help me when they are helping my fiance and they said it was conflict the guy named John Smith that works there he was very rude he didn't want to help me and he didn't want to hear what I had to say he's very rude gentleman even though it's free for us they get paid for doing what they're doing he doesn't like his job why is he working there

Only thing they care about is what you make not what you bring home after your bills and child support when your left with nothing and get no help at all to get split custody and can’t even afford a lawyer

I'm sure I qualified for help and the intake lady was nice. I received a response the following day and because they're are no grandparents rights I was told they didn't have the resources. The information that was offered I'd already found on Google. Many years ago I was turned down also because the noncustodial parent got there before me. I've always been the one providing financially and emotionally for my children and now grandchild but I cannot receive help.

They SUCK in their work performance coz they get PAID salary REGARDLESS & just don't care about their clients' legal rights openly saying " that they're NOT going to confront opposition Or Respondents attorneys if those attorneys are know Or in other words local Roanoke area attorneys whom they come across daily with other cases , with whom perhaps they have their personal / social friendships letting clients down, kind a " throwing clients rights and best interests under the bus ".
