I wish I had looked into her reviews before agreeing to her appointment as our GAL. Throughout the process, I experienced several concerns. She misrepresented conversations with my child’s therapist, billed for discussions that never took place, and in my opinion, did not prioritize my son’s best interest. That said, the process ultimately led to my son developing a relationship with his father, which was always my goal. I’m grateful for that outcome, though I believe it came in spite of her involvement rather than because of it. If you are looking for a truly neutral and child focused GAL, I would encourage you to keep exploring your options.

**BEWARE*** I had to deal with this person for 2 1/2 years and I think she may of been passionate about her job at one point but now she can’t possibly. When people are making $400 for a “phone call” that lasts 1.5hrs how do we now expect in this capitalistic society for someone to now be truly committed to caring about people they don’t even know.
