We recently purchased our second home in Savannah and used Joel Gerber both times. He was amazing both times. The first time we used his services was an incredible and easy experience. Unfortunately we had a petty and vindictive seller who was annoyed we did not offer her unrealistic price. Joel helped us remember to focus on the house we fell in love with instead of the disgruntled seller. He treated us with respect and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone and would use his services again.

I love working with this real estate closing attorney's office! They have wonderful communication, are always a pleasure to work with and the candy bar is fun!

The buyer of my home chose this closing attorney. However, there was no professionalism or courtesy exercised by the settlement agent (to the buyer). He rushed the signing of the paperwork and did not communicate concerning the completion of the closing, after the disgruntled, entitled buyers threatened not to close, despite having signed the paperwork before I (the seller did) and despite all legally required items remaining in and with the home. The attorney's written response to my agent inquiring about completion of all closing steps (or in the alternative payment of the earnest money to me due to the broken contract), were snarky and condescending as well. I truly believe race placed a role. I DO NOT recommend them.
