I don't think I can express just how impressed and grateful our family is for Dan. He came in at the 11th hour and did so much, so quickly and saved us from what seems like an all but certain judgement in our civil trial over an easement to our home. We tried to reach a settlement with the other party for 2 years and Dan was able to make it happen in 2 hours. Truth be told, I wish I could have seen him in action arguing the stacks of caselaw he prepared. More than that, I wish I had reached out sooner and saved 2 years of struggles and sleepless nights. Seriously, my family is celebrating today!

Dan is my brother and I've known him my whole life. I've known him to be an exceptional person in every way. I've also seen his work as an attorney. He is academically gifted, cares deeply for others, is an empathetic individual, and works very hard. I'm obviously biased, but objectively I truly believe he is a truly remarkable person, father, and attorney. I cannot be more proud to rank Dan as 5 stars.

Was willing to get on a call with us and talk through all options and submitted needed paperwork to the court quickly! Was very helpful and honest about thoughts on the case which I found hard to find elsewhere - didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear.

I had a complicated and stressful situation regarding my father's estate and inheritance. I have no doubt that Dan would have won my case in court, but he was able to negotiate a settlement without having to go to court, which saved me many thousands of dollars. He is a skilled attorney, and a good man who believes in honesty and integrity. I recommend him highly to anyone in need of legal help.

Dan was suppose to be a good guy when he came to Olney. He was suppose to help my daughter in her junior year of high school after an incident with football players grabbing her. Dan was the municipal prosecutor. The case was shelved for a year. My mom’s commercial medical building was sold to Dan way below market value w/o my mother’s knowledge. My mother can’t make decisions for herself. She doesn’t know what happened. Dan took advantage of the situation. My daughter didn’t get help and my mother lost her building. I don’t see Dan having integrity in this situation.
