Brevard County Public Defender

They kept making court dates and never got anything accomplished.So now he's still in jail and has not even enter a plea because they don't get his probation violation settled. So can't make a plea. So had 4 court dates haven't got anything done yet.. was supposed to make plea today but can't they have to make another Court date for probation violation again. Haven't got none of his case settled. Disappointed Grandma!!

Clients should be worried when the public defender actively seeks and receives political favors for himself from the sheriff.

Ms. Dayna Rivera is an amazing public defender. Her secretary stays in contact with me while my loved one is in Brevard County Jail. Her secretary is super sweet & She is very helpful, and actually wants to help. I’m grateful for their help.

Public defenders barely communicate with the inmates. Won't return phone calls, barely help out anyone even when there is proof in ones discovery that could help the case out. They let the people they are supposedly defending sit in county jail for ages, wasting precious time. There is no need to contact this office because the people there don't give a rip about you and won't give you the time of day.

The lady at the front desk so very rude, they don’t relay messages to the defenders or anyone tried calling for 4 days now and she put me on hold for 30 mins plus or no one is available worse public defenders office in brevard
