Quite alarming that there are TWO legal malpractice lawsuits against this firm and area news has not covered the story. Both involved alleged wrongdoing around deeds. When Mr. Briscoe realized he could be held liable for bad legal work, he had his buddy Neil Maune take on the client, who conveniently failed to mention that the client could sue Briscoe for malpractice. After years of Maune trying to bleed Dannenhauer of all his money, instead of turning it over to malpractice insurance (and after a judgement that the client won for $750,000 against Maune, which was eventually appealed to the supreme court who flipped it back to Briscoe to settle)...the Estate of Briscoe and Joe Brannon finally came to the table. Sara ehret is probably one of the most rudest individuals ive ever met outside of her profession, she’s only nice to the people she wants to be nice to she has a very nasty attitude when she is off the clock, get a grip you’re not that important

Joe wasn’t just an attorney, with family court there obviously a lot of emotions included. He responded to each and every email, he always listened to issues that I brought up and answered every single question I had. He takes seriously father’s rights, and will fight to get you the best outcome for your kids and is in no way a pushover.
