Overpromised and underdelivered, ie: did not require other party to produce papers, pressured me to accept their word even though they have already lied in court previously and sat there quietly while the mediator yelled at me when I didn't want to cede on issues I had been assured, by Olivia, that I was not required to cede on. I was also repeatedly told how more valuable her time was than my case, even after asking her to stop. The settlement is reasonable enough but being yelled at, excessively reminded of fees* and the court avoidance was awful and I felt very alone and unprotected during a stressful process. I lost all faith during mediation and this influenced my decision to settle leaving me unsure of my choice. I wish I would've chosen an attorney who supported me; I thought I had.
